Will an outdoor TV actually survive a Fort Worth summer?
A consumer TV will not — it will overheat, void its warranty, and quit inside one season. The TVs we install — Samsung — are built for direct sun up to a hundred and twenty-two degrees, with anti-reflective screens you can read in midday and seals that keep the rain, the dust, and the bugs out. A covered Tanglewood patio will get more years out of it than a fully exposed mount, but for a fully exposed position we spec the full-sun model and forget about it.
Will the landscape speakers be visible?
Almost not at all. Steinway Lyngdorf Landscape subwoofers bury underground with only a flush cap at grade. The satellites are shaped and finished to look like rocks or garden fixtures and disappear into beds and ground cover. The trick is that no one speaker is working hard — eight to twelve of them spread across the zone make the music feel everywhere without ever shouting at the fence line.
Can I run the pool from inside the house? From the road?
Yes. Pumps, heater, chemicals, water features, color-changing LEDs — all of it folds into Savant. Start the spa from your office so it is right when you walk in. Start the waterfall before the guests arrive. Adjust the chemical schedule from the airport. The pool lives next to the lighting, the audio, and the security on one screen.
What happens during a Fort Worth freeze?
They are rare and they are damaging when they come. We design with that in mind. The outdoor TV has internal heaters that kick in below thirty-two. Pool automation runs freeze-guard mode and circulates water before the pipes get cold. Landscape speaker wire is buried below the frost line with proper drainage. We hand you a winterization guide and we will come out for a pre-winter check if you want one.
Will the speakers bother the neighbors?
A distributed array is built so they do not. Instead of one or two loud speakers pointed outward, eight to twelve quiet ones spread through the zone, each playing at a moderate volume. The sound stays inside the property and falls off at the boundary the way you would want it to. We also set a maximum volume in the system so a late-night accidental full-volume moment never happens. The party stays yours and the fence line stays peaceful.
