What is a plaster-in downlight?
A fixture installed before the drywall is finished, so the plaster floats directly against the housing. The result is a clean light source with no visible trim ring — only the aperture, perfectly flush with the ceiling. It requires close coordination with the drywall trade during rough-in, which we manage as part of the install.
Does Color Select replace the need for separate tunable lighting?
