Do I need permits for this work?
Low-voltage usually does not. Anything touching line-voltage, the electrical panel, or new circuits does, and we handle those permits and inspections through Dallas County so you never deal with City Hall. For a Bluffview new build we fold our drawings into the builder's scope.
How long does a whole-home system take?
A full retrofit typically runs two to four weeks from infrastructure to programming. New construction follows your builder's schedule. A larger Preston Hollow estate with a guest house and an outdoor program lands closer to six or eight weeks.
