How We Do It in Prosper & Celina
A pre-construction meeting with you and your builder — Before framing, we sit with you and your Prosper or Celina builder to align on every technology decision the build needs to accommodate.
Plan markup with locations and conduit runs — We mark up the architectural set with keypad locations, speaker locations, camera locations, shade pockets, equipment closet, and conduit paths. The builder builds to those plans.
Pre-drywall site visit during framing — We walk the framed Windsong or Light Farms build with the GC, verify rough-in locations, and pull structured wiring while the walls are still open.
Trim coordination with your interior designer — We coordinate keypad finishes and locations with your designer so they read as part of the finish package — not as technology bolted onto someone else's vision.
Final install and Savant programming — After drywall, paint, and millwork, we install hardware and program Savant scenes — Morning, Away, Entertain, Pool Party, Goodnight — tuned to how your family actually lives.
Move-in day training — On move-in week we walk you through everything and leave plain-English documentation. Priority support afterward through the new-home shake-out period.

Our builder includes a standard smart-home package. Why bring in a separate integrator?
Builder packages are usually a single brand of WiFi router, a video doorbell, and basic switches. They are not a designed system. For a Windsong Ranch or Light Farms build you are living in for twenty years, the right move is a designed Savant system with the prewire done correctly during framing — not bolted onto a finished home after move-in.
How early should you be involved in a new Prosper build?
Before framing if possible. The plan markup happens during the architectural drawing phase. The pre-wire happens during framing. If you bring us in after drywall, every cable becomes a retrofit and the cost roughly triples.
Will you coordinate with our custom GC or do we need to manage it?
We coordinate directly. We are already working with several of the active custom GCs in Prosper and Celina and we slot into their normal subcontractor rhythm. You stay out of the scheduling and we stay in your designer's loop on finishes.
Our Mustang Lakes plan includes a future guest house. Can the prewire account for it?
Yes. We run conduit during the main build to the future guest house pad with enough capacity for a full secondary install. When you eventually build the guest structure, the cabling pull is short and clean instead of a trenching project.
