The landscape lighting needs to do its job without waking the neighbors or the course staff. We program motorized shades, scenes, and outdoor systems so the home reads the day the same way you do.
Most homes in The Highlands and Trophy Wood arrived with a builder package — a Wi-Fi thermostat, a doorbell, a few smart switches across three different apps. We consolidate it into one Savant interface that handles "Goodnight" and "Party" with the same single press, and we leave the four extra apps off your phone.
